Welcome to the Website of CCDRA, the California Coalition of Domestic Referral Agencies, Inc. Our members are all small business owners of Domestic Referral Agencies in California.

Domestic Referral Agencies minimize the consumer’s costs while maximizing the worker’s income by outsourcing jobs to independent domestic workers who are registered under contract with the referral agencies. The independent domestic workers are not employees of the referral agency, providing the Domestic Referral Agency is compliant with Federal Law governing Independent Contractors and California State Law which regulates Domestic Referral Agencies. The Domestic workers work to their own schedule, utilize their own acquired knowledge to complete jobs and provide their own transportation. Depending on the needs of the Customer, supplies and equipment are provided by either the customer or the worker. The workers provide professional domestic services, as requested by the customer, at the lowest possible cost.

CCDRA members have joined together to protect and educate, to share experiences and information, to understand and comply with the laws of California and the United States under which they must operate, to make themselves known to the people of California and to have a voice in the California and United States Legislatures.
