Guidance

Our Board of Directors comprises experienced operators who are experts in marketing, technology, operations, compliance, strategy, and recruiting. As a member, you have access to the board directly to ask any questions or address any concerns related to your business.

You can also leverage the CCDRA network and workshops to contact and learn from other members in the community. Members share information about their challenges with workers and clients, and their insights into adding new service offerings.

Want to hear other members’ experience with certain law firms; not sure which software makes the most sense for your business; or, how to use or maximize different digital and social media marketing platforms? Our Board of Directors can help. If they don’t have the answer, they can introduce you to a CCDRA member who does.

Referral agency Compliance

CCDRA is the only member-group where you can get answers to all your questions regarding compliance with the laws that regulate your agency’s legal requirements, along with recommendations, guidelines and more.

Some of the most experienced referral agency operators who have been through multiple audits are on our board of directors. As a member, you have access to the board directly to ask any questions or address any compliance concerns related to your business, the industry, or the law. When you’re under audit by the EDD or any agency, the Board will make time to help you through the process by giving you recommendations, insights, and contacts you can reach out for expert counsel or representation.

The DRA industry is unique and has been specific laws and civil codes that regulate and protect our business model. Become a member to take advantage of the network and combined knowledge CCDRA offers.
